JD - Senior Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities
● Participate in the design, technical development and delivery of automated quality
solutions and tools.
● Development of automated tests, using the framework
● Development of extended automated tests, covering performance, stress, load and
security testing.
● Contributing test automation steps to the CI/CD pipeline
● Carry out manual product validation as needed, to support change delivery and
automation.
● Investing in quality improvement, looking for opportunities to refine the product
definition, engineering and run processes, by reducing errors as early in the lifecycle
as possible.
● Coordinate with the Product Manager and team members on a daily basis, actively
participating in the SCRUM ceremonies
● Based on the required product changes, as specified by Product Management,
review and translate them into the corresponding quality needs e.g. acceptance
criteria review, test case definition (manual and automated), creation and estimation
of tasks.
● Carrying out risk based assessments to determine the right test case candidates for
automation
● Interacting with Product team colleagues, sharing approaches, technical solutions,
designs and experiences
● Interacting with Cloud infrastructure teams, supporting and sharing knowledge of
extended testing delivery, execution and results.
● Working with Engineering and Cloud infrastructure teams to identify opportunities for
performance improvements, track implementation and retest as needed.
● Production support, including investigation and validation of production issues and
fixes.
● Coach and mentor more junior team members, helping to raise the overall skill
levels within the QA team.

Technical skills & qualifications
· ITQSB Foundation (Ideal)
· Development environment (ASP, .NET, REST API testing frameworks, Web Driver, Jmeter,
security testing techniques)
· GIT
· Good to have knowledge on Azure DevOps
· Good understanding of unit test frameworks (nunit/mstest/xunit) and code coverage tools
· Experience in C # programming language
Experience
4-7 Years Experience
Solid experience of functional testing
Extensive development of test automation scripts and frameworks
Working knowledge of extended test automation tools and techniques
Working in small, highly motivated, distributed teams
Working knowledge of the Agile/SCRUM method
