Should be the end-to-end experience in the recruitment cycle.
Should be experienced in permanent staffing and contract staffing.
Should good knowledge of IT and experience of IT position closer.
Experience sourcing candidates from Job Portal.
Screening candidates on call.
Shortlisting, line-up, follow-up, and update of feedback. Maintain daily sheet in excel and reports.
Undertake the document verification and documentation
process
Good communication in English.
